What to bring?
Edouard de Paris provides robes, slippers and a locker area within the restrooms. Bring casual attire for your comfort. Any lost or left behind articles will be delivered to the hotel's Lost & Found Area, however, the Spa nor the hotel are responsible for any lost items during your visit to the spa and fitness center. We do appreciate silence. Pagers, cell phones, smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

How early should you arrive?
We appreciate your punctuality. Arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself time to check-in, change and shower - as treatments are better absorbed through clean skin. Next, lounge in the “Salle de Relaxation”, where your therapist will meet you. Keep in mind that your service will end on time so that the next client is not delayed regardless of how late you arrive.

Health Tips
Please disclose any medical conditions, prescription medication or pregnancy as you check-in and most importantly to your treatment specialist. Time in the sauna room should not exceed 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water two hours before and after exercise, massage, body or facial treatments. This will aid in liberating your body from toxins.

How to disrobe?
You may wear undergarments or swimwear if you feel more comfortable. However our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times.

Prices and Service Charges
Prices are subject to change without previous notification. Prices in service menu does not include tax and service charges. In some instances, prices may change before website is updated. A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your bill at Salon and/or Spa check out.

Reservations and Cancellations
We strongly recommend that you book your services in advance. But we welcome walk-ins.

Cancelation policy: As courtesy to other guests and our technicians, any cancellations for online reservations should be received 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Reservations made at one of our locations require a 4 hour cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made after the specified period as well as no show appointments will be charged in full amount including service charge. Reschedules are non cancellable.

Gift Certificates
We can create the perfect package for that special person. You may purchase gift certificates through our online store or at either of our locations: El San Juan Hotel Salon & Spa, Intercontinental Hotel Salon or Conquistador Resort Salon. Gift Certificates are non transferrable, not redeemable in cash, not returnable and non refundable. Book your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. No show appointments will forfeit the certificate. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates. A three (3) months period is given to redeem the gift certificate.

Spa Day Passes
Enjoy the fitness center, showers, sauna, "Salle de Relaxation" (Relaxation Room), lockers and other Spa ammenities for a daily fee of $25. Hotel guests may use fitness center at no cost. Spa guests can use ammenities at no cost.

Self Parking
As courtesy to our guests, we provide you with up to 2 hours of complimentary self parking.

Weddings and Special Events

• Salon In Room serivces are available upon request for an additional $100, and $25 for each additional guest. For groups of 10 guests or more, request a quote with one of our wedding & event coordinators.
• Hair Trials are executed on clean hair.
• The bridal regime as well as special events require pre-planning and advance preparation on behalf of our staff. A four (4) weeks cancellation policy applies when doing a booking to avoid 100% charge of the contracted services. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
• Prices are subject to change.
• A service charge of 20% and tax is automatically added to your bill.
• Sunday events as well as services provided outside our business hours will have a 15% service charge increase added to your bill.
• A signed credit card agreement received at least four (4) weeks prior to the event is required to guarantee the appointment (s).
